rajbala verma: a horror film for poor veterinarians

Jharkhand veterinary is filled with more no. of cowards who don't have any self respect or dignity of work. A IAS officer here can make them dance like a monkey . Rajbala verma prove to be a horror for them. The lazy old vets of jharkhand got a bitter taste in their mouths which they remember forever, but the sin of old vets ia shadowing the newcomers as higher officers are often mis leaded about the facts . There are evidences when newcomers posted at odd places of jharkhand are being made scapegoats in various issues like AI and often gave minimum staffs . IN most places where newcomers are posted only one staff is given . On the above they are given extra chrges of 2 or more institutions. Those which cannot manage the DHOes and SHOes are sidelined . Forget about the laws ,in the district your DHO is demon like figure which is there to make your work miserable . Most DHOes do not go to office for weeks together.

There is a unique system in jharkhand veterinary. If you are not doing anything you are safe.
Keep giving money to DAHO's and no problem. But if you are a veterinary doctor in jharkhand
you will have tohave such incidents frequently . Someday your DAHO will call you to show you a
letter that our performance is not good and he is going to stop your payments. In a panic you will give him money and matter is clean for you for atleast one year. If you posted in jungle area and have a working habit be careful. I have seen vets pulling legs of other vets also but they are very few in number and most vets help each others. So if you are posted as a BAHO or TVO and want to survive in this department , follow this
1. always report as high you can afford
2. regularly butter your daho and if he is a drunkard give him a bottle occassionally
3. do not show much regularity other wise your DAHO will feel morally down in front of you ( most of DAHO are absent in larger part of month.) and he can not ask wine /money from you and ultimately you will be sufferer
4. In jharkhand secretariate any application need lubrication. if you can not lubricate go to the hell. nobody is here to listen your grivances. get the dealing clierk of your department and give him a fair amont(????) of money{ it varies from person to person and the personality }
5. say like this---first go confidently and speak something general and then slowly start telling your work that also confidently finally settle the money with him and get your work done.

6. Leave your ideals and self respect aside while going to a clierk, other wise you might slap him
This will make your task impossible to be worked.
If you are not the kind of person who can do all these leave the job and start some computer buisness.
